The article analyzes the role of fiction in shaping the scientific outlook among young people. XXI century the era of innovative development, so our society we need new ideas and new projects. Accordingly, the article proposed a mechanism for using the potential of the fantastic genre in this direction for the successful development of Kazakhstan.
A new stage in the development of the XXI century is the globalization process, which is known as a long-discussed problem in the social-political, scientific space. Currently the world human organization and objective tendency for unity leads to the globalization process. Globalization being a spearhead of common world economic and cultural space and being developed rapidly іп the early ХХІ century is the common destiny of the planet. It's not a secret that fast development of such integral parts of globalization as science and technology, free media scene, modern technologies have become the main attributes of a civilized society. The present era requires to completely changing the view of a person towards the science and technology and their latest achievements. A man of today should be fully informed and have opportunity to manage his time efficiently, be able to adapt quickly to any changes in society and be able to make decisions quickly.
Therefore, as the men's personal opinion is formed at schools or higher education institutions, then literature along with other subjects takes special place in helping to form scientific thinking ability of a student and form his positive view of science and technology. Progressive genre of literature fiction not only has achievements in the XXI century and brings its innovations to civilization, but also bears a heavy burden and responsibility on the formation of personality. In the era of globalization, mega-trends of science and technology are reflected in the fiction genre of literature, as it reflects any change in science or technology. The strength of fiction is that it is not limited to the past and today, and goes on free journey into the distant future, and as a result it gives a clear idea of the main achievements and problems of the present. Mentally developed irrelevance, which takes place in a society and obstacles it will face in the distant future are given to the reader with the help of fantastic idea. Quick-thinking fiction writers who have the ability to see future give a fair assessment of the positive and negative social trends based on the models of the future. This, in turn, has a positive effect on the progressive development of society, without subjecting it to the error. The following opinion represents our idea: "Fiction helps to find out the roots of the events by opening real truth of social, ethical and everyday problems". [1, c.73] That is, the science points to the fact that basic meaning of fiction lies in finding the truth.
So, fiction teaches younger generation to do so as they want, without weakening the reins of fiction. "Either economic, or political or technical theories given in school books provide people only with the first stage of knowledge. Based on this, the human dream makes us tend for something new". [2, 5p.] No one can doubt that this dream has great opportunities in fiction and fiction does not limit this dream, on contrary it helps to educate inventors, who create the knowledge of tomorrow's science.
If you consider any of the achievements of modern science and technology, it is possible to find out that some of innovations became real, only when literary models in the works of art can be realized into reality by people. For example, the literature character the giant, who was throwing up one mountain into another, has given rise to the invention of present cranes; the wish to be like "Visile and All-hearing" make people to create television and radio, and a flying magic carpet became the literary model of the aircraft.
Since then, the human mind, which is used to dream since childhood becoming more complex and developed, has come to the ХХ century. And this era is characterized by a especially fast development of science and technology, science fiction was at great demand at this stage in developed countries and has gone through advancement stage in its development way. Today's society is gradually introduced with science fiction, which was presented in the form of the idea for tens and hundreds of years ago. Internet, which sends any message to different points of the world, high level artificial intelligence, the implantation of human organs, unprecedented achievement in genetic engineering and nanotechnology, the opportunity to grow the species with pre marked biological characteristics, biology, sociology, genetics and computer science, all of them were just "fiction" in the past and was mentioned only in science fiction, but today they have become scientific achievements of scientists or everyday usual things. Thus fiction is becoming the main support of science. The opinion by Isaac Asimov: "No matter how fast scientific progress is moving; it'll never reach the science fiction level". This position coincides with our opinion. [3, p.250] Before a fantastic idea become real, it is necessary for this idea to cross the boarder of abstract possibility. In philosophy the abstract possibility is defined as follows: "The abstract possibility (or formal) expresses the absence of any conditions that give rise to a phenomenon, but at the same time the absence of conditions which prevent its occurrence. This concept is also referred to poorly expressed trend in phenomenon development. The real opportunity is: "The real opportunity is the presence of a number of necessary conditions for implementing this phenomenon. Abstract possibility may become real and vice versa under certain circumstances" [4, p. 69].
Based on these definitions we can determine the possibility of turning scientific and technical progress models, described in works of fiction, into reality. There is always a possibility of transformation of idea into reality. If so, when some of the ideas are only at the border of abstract possibility, some are close to real possibility, the rest of the progressive ideas of fiction have already become a reality. Summarizing the above, the whole transformation process of fictional ideas into the globalization reality is shown in the following scheme.
According to the scheme fiction and hypothesis are relationship between literature and science. This coincides with the opinion of the fiction-writer V. Shefner: "The hypothesis is an integral function of science. But, in my opinion, it is also very close to literature. The greatness of a writer is the ability to see the future ...". [5, 15p.]
Development of the current world of fiction not only raises strong desire of the younger fiction-lover generation to immerse into the science, but also a manifestation of diligence in the discovery of something new. In this regard, fiction writer A.Marhabaev expressed an opinion regarding the main features that make the scientific world view of fiction: "In this field of literature, fiction plays an important role both for a general reader, but also in scientific space. In order to understand the scientific fiction the reader with an average knowledge should know the basics of science. This will give rise to the readers’ mterest. In the past к was enough to know physics and chemistry, and astronomy to fully understand the science-fiction idea. Today it is necessary to know the Heisenberg indeterminacy principle, the basic issues of Einstein's relativity theory, quarks, neutrinos, and other related knowledge. This edge of fiction is a feature to specify the ability to provide research and educational information". [5. 16p.]
Summarizing the above the head of state said the following about the creation of “mteffigent nation”: 'We need to create an intelligent nation, we need our people to be knowledgeable in order to be competitive in the world... the second aspect of 'Intelligent Nation" program we need to develop science and to increase the scientific capability of the country. Science should be the basis of an innovative economy." [6,1p.].
Today, in order to be a competitive and economically developed country it is necessary to increase the ambitions of people and the interest of young people to scientific knowledge. That is why we should educate a generation interested in science since childhood in order to achieve strategic goals. That is, if school will have courses on advanced achievements of science fiction, and high educational institutions will have courses on world and Kazakh fiction, then the youth will increase its interest in science and technology. And then the younger generation would have enough influence on the development of scientific and technical branches of the state. In the era of globalization, the government should make rational use of any mechanism that gives the ability to create qualified human resources, and we think that one of the mechanism that form scientific world view of the younger generation is fiction works. So there is a belief that is bound to come along with the civilized nations, after making such a good activity.
