The phenomenon of television as the media is studied from different angles in journalism, history, philosophy, sociology, political science, psychology. This leads to the emergence of new concepts, such as «screen culture», «Philosophy TV» paves the way for new areas of research. Between nature and man emerged Wednesday to some intermediary, which eventually turns into a self-sufficient reality , substitute the reality as it is. Technically produced «screen reality» no longer to belong exclusively to the field of man-made phenomena and becomes a «metaphorical reality», that allows to talk about television as a factor of social and cultural transformations.

Kazakhstan has a special place in the process of preservation of peace and inter-ethnic, multicultural and interfaith harmony, which is given to interconnection and interaction of politics and religion. The article gives consideration to the fairly rich historical experience of display of the tolerance qualities of modern Kazakhs’ ancestors during their peaceful coexistence with the representatives of other ethnic groups as well as with representatives of different religions and believes. It is noted that the display of so-called «historical inversion» factor in the country resulted in a process, so to speak, of the religious Renaissance. However, at the same time, republic was uninsured against acts of various kinds of religious fanaticism, separatism, extremism, terrorism, etc. This means that the way of further development of Kazakhstan as a secular state, requires the policy of consolidation of all residents’ forces, in spite of their ethnicity or religion.

The article discusses the problems associated with migration, namely the image of the future men of Georgian nationality, living in Kazakhstan. Image of the future is regarded with the prospect of life's journey: past, present and future. The results show that the future seems to them lasting and associated with positive emotional experiences. They do not have a clear position on the fact whether their future is chaotic or orderly, simple or complex, will depend on them personally or by any external factors, but they tend to his plan. Georgians are very important values that shape their lives, are striving for success, security, respect, implementation of socially approved activities, education and competence.

The modern scientific world came to the following cognitive paradox: expanding their field of activity, with the fundamental results of the study in terms complex calculations using advanced scientific equipment, a new methodology of knowledge, including a wide range of activities a number of new phenomena and laws, she, along with all the uncertainty describes a very important phenomena, less accurate in predicting a process of different systems. After a period of classical and non-classical in the evolution of scientific knowledge emerges postnonclassical science major categories which are: «uncertainty», «deterministic chaos», «selforganization» and many others. Statement of the problem of uncertainty in the scientific and social cognition reflects the latest trends in the development of the modern world and, of course, has the objective and subjective social, scientific and philosophical background.

Modern culture declares itself as blip culture. A striking example — klip thinking. Our article is an attempt to examine this phenomenon from different perspectives. From the perspective of semiotics, social, historical and philosophical perspective. We assume that the cognitive foundations blip culture may be related to mythology, utopian consciousnes. In this regard, we propose the concept of such scholars as O. mythology Freudenberg, Radcliffe-Brown. Our view on this issue is somewhat different from the traditional that the problem of social considered in conjunction with the nature of the ideal.
