Ecological education becomes a subject of interest and action of the international organizations at the highest level. The search of harmonious interaction of society and nature leads to an intensive process of ecologization of general culture of mankind. It is caused by the need for increase of people's susceptibility and their involvement degree in the solution search of development problems and preservation of the sur­rounding environment. On the global and universal value, ecological education is specified as the main means of constructive transformation of social and individual ecological consciousness almost at all international fo­rums about the environment problems. Many of them are actually devoted to ecological education since the condition of the surrounding environment, the general ecological education of all population depends on the level of professional competency of future ecologist.

The problems of forming communicative competence in foreign language education are considered in the ar­ticle. The interdisciplinary construct «language-thinking-ethnos» in close relationship of all its components serves as the subject of scientific cognition in the system of foreign language education. At the current stage, teaching of foreign languages is unthinkable without an immersion into another culture and mentality, which require a certain degree of identification with the particular language community. The communicative behav­ior allows us to realize fully the fact that the language, consciousness and culture are links in one chain.

The article deals with the specifics of the use of Mass Media in the English language teaching process. The need to study English language in modern society is emphasized in the article; analyzed the most effective methods and approaches of the use of Mass Media in the English language teaching, such as newspaper and magazine articles, TV, radio, Internet resources, specialized educational software designed to develop the skills of different types of speech activity — oral communication, listening, reading, writing, and skills of detailed analysis of the different styles of the English language.

La présente étude est consacrée à la formation des mots savants en français à partir des préfixes issus du latin et du grec. Au cours des siècles, l´évolution des langues, surtout du lexique, se montre comme un phénomène essentiel, commun pour toutes les langues. L´évolution de chacune des langues est influencée par l´histoire de ses locuteurs, par des événements sociaux, culturels, géopolitiques. Il est bien utile de connaître tous ces phénomènes  pour se rendre compte des éléments influençant  la création des mots nouveaux et des idiomes.

The article deals with modern learning technology, where the teacher helps students to learn independently, to analyze, organize, assess the acquired knowledge and apply them in their professional activities. The authors provide checklists, compiled on the basis of the pyramid Bloom, criteria and parameters of assessment of practical exercises and project. The project made the subject area chosen development environment and programming language analysis.

The article deals with the aspects of the using communicative methods in the English language teaching process. It is also shows an importance of interaction between teacher and students and students with students while studying foreign languages. There is an analysis of the effective methods and approaches of the use of interactive communication in the English language teaching, and the importance of attention during the process of studying the languages and developing listening, reading, writing and speaking skills. Communication increases student’s interest in the subject, enlarges the content of education, and modernizes educational process. Effective communication provides qualitative approach to education and plays an important role in studying.

In this article are considered the questions of foreign professional language formation, its feature and signs. Nowadays foreign language education is an integral component of professional work of the future expert. Special relevance is gained by the professional-oriented approach of foreign languages teaching at the nonlinguistic specialties of the university, which provides formation of the students' professional language for the specific professional, business, scientific purposes. The main task of training in a professional foreign language consists in a possibility to gain language knowledge and abilities which can be useful  in professional activity of future expert within of a global tendency of cross-cultural and economic  integration. In this article, the authors attempted to clarify the concept of «professional language» to  describe the language means and their basic functions inherent in professional language; the use of texts and exercises for effective mastering professional language students recommendations are provided.

This article presents the goal-setting problem of teaching. Modern research shows that in the real learning process the goal has the fundamental place, so called «core» around which the teacher combines all the pedagogical means into the system locating each of them. Humanization of Education promoted the educational and developmental goals to the foreground, but few knows the differences in goals of education and development. The authors propose a model of educational and developmental learning, where the teacher comes to goal-setting process with the responsibility. The attention of teacher in the learning process is aimed at identifying the individual capabilities and interests of each student.

This article covers communication as a means of realizing relationships among staff members. Communication is considered as a vital condition of shaping and developing a society and personality and the way of realizing social relationships. The mutual informing of communication subjects implies the adjustment of collective activity in terms of which there may be completely specific communicative barriers of social and psychological nature. The authors consider some certain forms of communication, functions and types of communication, means and styles of communication, mechanisms and forms of conveying information.

The article dwells upon the importance of the dialogic and cooperative learning in teaching students the English language at the university. The theoretical material used as a basis for writing the article was taken from materials which were studied during the training courses for teachers within the Program of additional professional education of graduate students at higher educational institutions. The article presents the results of using active methods of teaching English during the practitical training session at the Chair of the English language and methods of teaching at Shokan Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University.

The article actualizes the problem of studying English at primary school. The principles of forming basic listening and speaking skills in English at primary school are considered. It was noticed that initial communicative skills are being formed with a help of enrichment of vocabulary, pronunciational skills and realization of speaking skills in elementary situations of communication in the context of definite thematic minimum. The samples of exercises and game communicative situations that are directed on the forming of basic listening and speaking skills are presented.

This article examines the importance of leadership and management and discusses their role in education system. The importance of leadership and management provides a basics for building and involving in in education. After examining issues in teaching and research, future needs and directions of leadership and management for education are indicated in the article. A more systematic approach to developing the requisite skills for assuming leadership and management roles may be useful. Whether or not a teacher takes on a formal leadership position, the acquisition of these skills may serve to enhance performance in the classroom. Also, a systematic approach to the development of the necessary skills for assuming leadership and management roles can be useful to guide the class, group of personnel. Improving performance in the classroom will grow in condition of acquisition of teacher leadership skills and management.
