In the article the questions of environmental policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in modern conditions, ensuring environmental safety. Environmental policy of Kazakhstan is largely dependent on the influence of subjects environmental globalization.The real environmental policy reforms meant greening the economy, greening of the legislation and the greening of society. Greening of the economy at the present stage is realized by the transition to a Green economy, However, the author notes, about the low effectiveness in our country's environmental policy, ongoing pollution, predatory use of natural resources.

In the article the authors deal with the interrelation of empathy level and gender preferences. They have made the analysis of social emotions level and types of gender preferences received during an experimental re- search of preschool age children. The features of formation of a gender and empathy level have been defined. The comparative gender analysis of manifestation of social emotions, sympathy and gladness for others among senior preschool age children has been carried out.

This study investigates the multidimensional nature of group identity of people who were not directly involved in Ukrainian conflict and how this different dimensions are uniquely related to in-group and out-group evaluations, intergroup bias, and perceived above-mentioned intergroup conflict. It was expected that at least one of the major dimensions of group identity will influence the perception of a conflict, additionally, was hypothesized that affective dimension of group identity to be the most strongly related to expressions of bias in conflict perception, since it is most likely to be related with the strength of connections between group and person.

The article deals with the features of development of life in the period of adolescence. In the article the content of the concepts «life scenario», «subject» and «conflict» has been revealed, and the short characteristic of adolescence has been given. The urgency of the research has been proved. The characteristic of selection and procedure of research have been submitted. The main themes, positions and requirements, their connection with conflicts and affirmations have been described; distinctions in life scenarios of young men and girls are specified. The contents of life scenarios, main themes, dominating demands and positions have been defined, specificity of relationship with partners has been revealed. The most significant affirmations for interaction in the social, family and professional sphere have been described. The results of our research have shown gender differences in life scenarios of the young men and girls, distinctions in the time transpective.

The article deals with the problem of interrelation of time with activity and consciousness of the person. The authors conduct a social and philosophical analysis of the main stages of establishment of philosophical category of time. The results of this analysis allow assuming the idea about conscious coordination of different time rhythms — space, biospheric, social and personal — and to determine perspectives to form new culture of time mastering in society.

The article deals with the issue of education as a fundamental element of the social system. It suggests philo- sophical ideas associated with the improvement of the education system in the general process of social mod- ernization. The author analyzes methodological, social and philosophical aspects of the influence of social transformations on education. The article speaks in favour of the need to solve the problems of education from the perspective of humanistic thinking.

Present makes high demands for schools and universities graduates; one of the requirements is to speak several languages. The article shows the problem of implementation of multilingual and multicultural education. In the authors' opinion, teaching and learning historical subjects in a foreign language will allow to solve these problems successfully. In terms of the abovementioned authentic texts have a particular importance in language training students. The article considers some types of authentic texts and kinds of reading necessary for teaching foreign languages for future teachers of the world history.

In this article, we study institutional and everyday context to realize family policy in RK. At the modern stage in Kazakhstan, family institute is transformed. Differentiated family forms appear and it must lead to the differentiation of social policy standards to family and parenthood. However, under Kazakhstan practice there are disagreements between officially claimed goals and everyday practice of simple citizens.

This scientific article is devoted to the problem of the psychological aspects of such an important social problem as extremism.Extremism — is a complex phenomenon, despite the fact that its complexity is often difficult to see and understand. Today, all of us know about the nature and the reasons of extremism few. In this article the main theoretical approaches to definition of concept of extremism are considered. One of forms of manifestation of extremism is the terrorism. In article psychological aspects  of  terrorist activity, psychological factors the mechanisms inducing to membership in the extremist organization, specific features and psychological inclined to extremist activity are considered.

The author raises the problem of the search of social integrity through an adequate understanding of it. In modern social philosophy there are many definitions, concepts and approaches in understanding of society, sometimes conflicting. One hand, the society is represented by an integrated organization by definition, but, on the other hand, this unity in the history of mankind has always broken. Then what do «integrity» as an attribute of the social structure and how to create it? It is necessary to have a correct understanding of the difference between such concepts as «society», «community», «state». The determining factor is also the using of the successful methodology of social cognition of study social life, especially today. All this is not only cognitive interest. The search for the integrity of society is a necessity for solution of social problems and disasters.

The article discusses the relevance of the problem of using of innovative educational technologies in the professional adaptation of young specialists, graduates, independent analysis and innovative forms of learning students, the authors give the examples of influence on the formation of groups and the students’ competence. Special attention is paid to innovative technologies the organization of the educational process of higher school as critical thinking, group work, dialogical training and work with gifted and talented children. The innovative technology of the educational process in high school the authors consider the dialogical learning. Based on the best practices of the Cambridge teachers the authors share their experience of using new technology as part of teaching the curriculum for their specialty.

Process of transformation of the system of values which occurred in the Kazakhstan society as a result of socio-political changes of the 90th of the XX century is considered in this article. Sociocultural transformation of the Kazakhstan society, namely — reduction of social values of society in compliance with its economic and political characteristics is shown on the basis of results of sociological research. Authors state preservation as traditional system of values in which dominate stability, a family, health, and arrival of more individualized values — success, career, material welfare.
