Kazakhstani companies  face  international  competition  and  necessity to manage projects with success. The project is successful if effectively managed. A project manager is in charge of all the aspects of the project and responsible for achieving goals and objectives of any project. To per­ form successfully a project manager has to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders. From this point of view so­called “soft skills” are more important that “hard” ones because a project manager’s authority may be frustrated by siloing effects. A project manager needs two kinds of skills: the management­related skills (hard) and interpersonal ones (soft). To lead a project to success, a project manager must be able to use interper­ sonal skills with ease. People are the central part of project management, not the procedures and techniques. Procedures and techniques are merely tools that help people make their projects successful. Soft skills deal with human factor issues and, until recently, have been less discussed in project management literature.

The main purpose a comprehensive overview of the various aspects of the development of transport and logistics system in Kazakhstan and perspectives of its further development in accordance with current inter­ national trends in the field of transport and logistics. Implementation of transport and transit potential of the Republic of Kazakhstan stands as a separate aspect of the task of forming a basis for a qualitative breakthrough in the economic development of the country. This aspect requires the provision to increase the attractiveness and create a modern and efficient transport and logistics system. Importance of work is that the logistics and transport are one of the priority directions of realization of strategy “Ka­ zakhstan­2050”. Considering geographical and strategic position of the country in questions of formation of the international corridors, it is pos­ sible to declare with confidence that transport in Kazakhstan – one of pri­ ority aspects of development.

Unemployment is serious problem that government faces. Unemploy­ ment rates of any country pose a complicated puzzle. The paper discusses the basic concepts of unemployment in the economic system, describes the basic terms and definitions are given and analyzed the causes and consequences of unemployment. The article presents statistical data, as well as highlighted the problem of development of Kazakhstan’s labor mar­ ket influences on unemployment, social and economic consequences of unemployment. Also there is a statistical review of the labor market of Kazakhstan at work.

Methodological base of research in given clause was made with mod­ ern concepts Islamic банкинга andьIslamic model of financing takaful (in­ surance) as a whole. Findings: the results indicate the mathematical model consists of a probability space, a Brownian motion and a Poisson process. The jumps are independent and identically distributed. The approach con­ sists of defining a notion of risk and production instrument takaful (insur­ ance) in order to minimize the risk. Originality/value: -   In new judgement the principle «riba» an islam breaking moral laws as an interdiction of usury and its significant advantages in any spheres of human life is shown; -  The author’s financial analysis of economic experience Islamic bank­ ing in the countries of near and far abroad as new judgement of Islamic bank system is lead; -   In a new context features of financial specificity Islamic model of financing takaful (insurance) in modern Kazakhstan are revealed.

The commercialization of the scientific research results and innova­ tions is very important for the economy of Kazakhstan at the present time. Strengthening links between science, production and business is required for the formation of an innovative economy, which in turn will contribute to the development of domestic science. Formation of the objects of in­ novation infrastructure began just a decade ago in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to study foreign experience in the commercialization of in­ novation, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages, as well as studying the possibility of their application in our country. The article considers the definition and classification of commercialization of innovations according to international scientific journals, as mechanisms for the distribution of profits from the commercialization of the invention practiced in European countries. The experience of developed countries in the organization of providing commercialization of technologies was analyzed. By analyzing these problems, a number of measures was identified which are necessary for the development in the field of commercialization of innovations in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Waste management is the process of treating solid wastes and offers variety of solutions for recycling items that don’t belong to trash. It is about how garbage can be used as a valuable resource. Waste management is something that each and every household and business owner in the world needs and now as a part of sustainable development it takes an important place in every country’s sustainable development strategy. The article discusses the sustainable development policy of Singapore, its main directions and principles, and the current situation of waste management as a part of sustainable development policy. According to the National Environmental Agency of Singapore conducted a static analysis of the degree of waste and recycling rate in the country.

Green technologies are essential tools to ensure sustainable development of the economy. In this regard, the article deals with the problems and prospects of development of green technologies in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In the first part of the study, authors investigated more than 50 official sources of information, including laws, concepts, programs, events and reviews of major international organizations. The chronology of development of green technologies in Kazakhstan has been drawn up based on the analysis of secondary sources, which was divided into several stages, taking into account the key moments. Urgent problems and trends of development have also been identified in this area. In order to check the correctness of the analysis, expert interviewings were conducted with six experienced specialists, 2 of which are foreign. The article describes the methodology and the main results of the study in detail. Conclusions are classified on such aspects as the demand, technology, human resources, mentality and perspective of development, which are also supported by direct quotations from interviews of experts.

Implementation of the financial activity in modern conditions is impossible without special methods of analysis and risk management. The function of financial risk management becomes an increasingly important role and becomes one of the most important conditions to ensure financial stability of the enterprise organizations. Financial Risk Management of the company is a specific area of financial management, which is abroad  in recent years stood out as a special field of activity the «risk-management». Financial risk the risk associated with the probability of loss of  financial resources (cash). Financial risks arose simultaneously with the appearance of money and with the emergence of various types of monetary relations: the investor the issuer, the lender the borrower, the seller the buyer, exporter importer and others. Financial risks are an integral part of business activity in the market.

Nowadays the audit efficiency is one of the main types of the control of execution of the State Budget which carried out by the supreme bodies of financial control of foreign countries. This article is sanctified by press- ing questions of estimation of economy, efficiency and effectiveness of the use of budgetary facilities. Aims, methods and practical realization of audit efficiency, arising up here problems and ways of their decision, are investigated in the article. The feature of this article consists of that introduction of audit ef- ficiency in activity of foreign organs of state financial control, demanded corresponding changes in their organizational structures. In many coun- tries as Belgium, Great Britain, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, Sweden, were created the special subdivisions on the audit efficiency.

Most countries see Islamic finance as an alternative system to the existing traditional one. Because its stability during the financial crisis showed its reliability. As the Islamic finances required to be invested in the real assets, such socially significant industries as agriculture, infrastructure construction can be developed with the help of the Islamic finances. As for Kazakhstan our government takes serious steps to develop this sphere in our country. In this article we offer agriculture for investment attracting from the Islamic world.

Being the most important field of activity of the banks, crediting has a significant impact on the economic development. At the same time, bank crediting is exposed to a number of factors determining its dynamics and structure. Systemization of these factors and study of their influence on the credit process plays an important role in improving the efficiency of the crediting process and neutralization of its negative aspects. One method of minimization of credit risks of commercial banks is carrying out of restruc- turing procedure. In connection with this, the article describes the features of the restructuring of problem loans by the commercial banks.

Eurasian Economic Union is a factor in the formation of the final stage of economic integration and strengthening of global and regional security. EAEU does not only generate an interest for cooperation experience from the neighboring countries, but it also encourages the integration processes within the framework of the Common Economic Space, which brings national economies together into a single market and ensures the sovereignty and regional security of the Eurasian continent.
