This article provides a brief description about the carcinogenic substances, found in manufacturing industries, domestic conditions and in medicinal substances.
Nowadays, the carcinogenic substances are often found in medicinal substances (Valartan, Clarithromycin) and in manufacturing industries (oil production “ Tengizchevroil ”, Karaganda Coal Plant). This article will describe what kind of substances and in what quantity they are often found.
The list of carcinogenic substances is widely known For the International Agency for research on cancer and for other organizations. However, a list of such substances used every day by man has not yet been proposed. This article will provide a comparative analysis of carcinogenic substances found in the home, manufacturing industries and in drugs.
Methods and materials: The International Agency for the study of cancer by experimental and epidemiological analysis, as well as previously known information announced the list of carcinogenic substances. In addition, each country has its own list of such substances. Among them will be given information from the Kazakhstan lists. To be more precise, a list of carcinogens found in the branches of oil production “Tengizchevroil” and in Karaganda coal plant will be given.

The first table shows the composition of carcinogenic substances, found in the oil waste of “Tengizchevroil” production. Despite the high rates of cancer risk, Kazakhstan does not keep proper records of this production. According to this analysis, the IARC figures 1, 2A, 2B, A, 2, C for U. S. EPA carcinogenic was confirmed. At the same time, carcinogenic substances were also found in the Karaganda coal plant, which is the largest coal ore in the world after Kuzbass and Donbass. The most dangerous of these are shown in Figure 1 below. According to this diagram, the most common carcinogens are arsenic, tetrachlorodibenzo-paradioxin, Benz(a)pyrene men 2-Naphthylamine.

The International Agency for research on cancer identifies another important people's habit, namely alcoholic beverages and tobacco. Alcoholic beverages which in addition to water and ethanol, includes 1500 chemical agents consist of aldehydes, ketones, methanol and other alcohols, as well as esters, aliphatic and aromatic acids, phenolic compounds. Also there are small amounts of N-nitrosamines, urethane, mycotoxins, asbestos, arsenic, pesticides, heavy metals that are more toxic. According to Figure-2, consumption of alcoholic beverages in Kazakhstan increased from 1991 and decreased to 1993 since 2000. And since then it has been stable.

The consumption of tobacco produce pyrolysis and formation of smok. It contains more than 3,900 chemicals. Among them are dangerous carcinogens-2-naphthylamine, benzene, 4aminobiphenyl, vinyl chloride, benzo(a)pyrene, other PAHs and the most dangerous carcinogenic metals and radionuclides. The most pronounced dependence on Smoking is established for lung cancer (up to 80% of cases).
In the composition of medicinal substances as well there are carcinogenic substances: Clarithromycin is a semisynthetic 14membered antibiotic macrolide, which produces erythromycin, which was found 1,4-Butandiol dimethanesulfonate that is cancerogeno.
Valsartan antihypertensive drug, receptor blockers angiotensin. In 2008, 2009 and 2010, it was the most used drug to reduce blood pressure. Asistentka market was known under the name of Northvan. However, American researchers found an active substance namely N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) in the active pharmaceutical substance, which was a carcinogen and was withdrawn from sale.
Conclusion: Based on the above information, we can conclude that the most dangerous carcinogens for people stand out from the manufacturing industries, in second place are people's habits, such as the consumption of alcoholic beverages and tobacco, to the third place can be attributed drugs. However, drugs need
further research. In the above medicines Valsartan and Clarithromycin contain carcinogens like 1,4-Butandiol dimethanesulfonate and T-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) and have been removed from their market sales.
