Due to the rapid development of technology, industry, today the problem of the impact of ecology became important, and in particular, the impact of production with its factors on the genetic apparatus of an organism. Therefore, great importance takes the assessment of genotoxicity of the industrial environment with the subsequent development of activities to protect heredity of the person [1–7].

The specific particularities of spontaneous contractive activity of the pre and postnatal lymphatic knots of series of farm animals was discovered and registered one of us for the first time [1]. We established the specific differences of frequency and amplitude descriptions of rhythmic spontaneous contractive activities of knots and lymphatic vessels. It was revealed, that relations of the contractions of afferent lymphatic vessels to frequency of the contractions of efferent lymphatic vessels in somatic lymphatic knots was practically equally [1–3] for all species of animals (sheep, cows, pigs). But this correlation increased for the visceral lymphatic knots of cows and sheep (accordingly 1:8 and 1:6) in comparison with pigs. On the strength of experiment we worked out the conception of general vessels and knots system of the lymph transport, and the local and distant scheme of regulation of spontaneous contractive activity of the lymphatic knots and vessels was determined (pic. 1) [4].

The processes of the growing and developments are the common biological characteristic to alive matter. Development comprises of itself three basic factors: growing up, changeable of the organism, making forms.

The article investigates the epistemological and institutional framework of the investigative and operational investigative group.The authors formulated the definition of inquiry and investigation group which reflects the inherent characteristics and explain the substance. Investigative team considered as the organizational form of interaction between participants, criminal prosecution authority services, efficiency of activity which affect the success of the investigation of crimes.

The article gives a criminal and legal characteristic of the forced and/or unlawful removal of human organs or tissue for transplants, which is criminalized under article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Ka- zakhstan dated 3 July 2014. The valuable comments and suggestions provided by the experts and the official national crime statistics were compiled. This offense refers to the formal composition in the current amend- ment. This is not entirely appropriate, because the harm is done to the victim's health. In order to address this gap in article 116, Part 2, of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan should be provided socially dangerous consequences, in the form of causing serious injury to health.

The scientific article is devoted to the problems of pre-revolutionary Kazakhstan related to the Stolypin agrarian reforms of the early twentieth century. The article describes the attitude of different social movements and political parties of Russia to Kazakhstan land issues, which were raised in the State Duma. The article shows the real intentions of the king's government, which to preserve landlordism, used by the resettlement of indigenous lands. The paper disclosed that the government has a special place in Kazakhstan in their agrarian program, which is closely intertwined with the imperial colonial policy.

In the article attention is paid to the country in which the fight against corruption has gained a national scale and has been going on 18 years since the introduction of this problem in the legal field. The history of the Republic of Kazakhstan in combating corruption. Attention is given to articles of the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offences of Kazakhstan indicating the characteristics and types of punishment for corruption crimes and offenses. Also reviewed the legislation of foreign states in the fight against corruption.

Nowadays tourism has become one of the leading sectors of the world economy. Development of tourism is a priority direction in Kazakhstan’s policy. Intergovernmental cooperation in the tourism sphere is regulated and organized by bilateral and multilateral international treaties. Thus, this article aims to examine international legal acts and national legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan in tourism sector, to analyze bases of cooperation of states in the sphere of international tourism. Moreover, an activity of the World Tourism Organization, fundamental principles of tourism established in international law documents, are analyzed, too.

The article is devoted to the analysis of interrelation between individual traumatic experience of a person and divorce situation. Posttraumatic stress, which is a consequence of impact on the person of extreme psychotraumatic factors of high intensity, affects not only the individual, but also all levels of his interaction with other people. Respectively, the need of the comprehensive analysis of consequences of traumatic experience is defined by involvement of a person in structure of interpersonal relations, including family relations, and how destructive can these consequences be for family functioning. Also this article is devoted to the analysis of strategy of the coping behavior used by people in a divorce situation. Now the mechanisms of psychological protection and coping mechanisms are considered the most important forms of adaptation processes and response of individuals to stressful situations. According to the authors, the choice of constructive strategy of coping behavior in a divorce situation by the person helps to adapt for this difficult life situation, as well as to prevent development of posttraumatic stress as a reaction to this traumatic event. Besides, the conclusion is made that studying of consequences of processes of coping with a trauma of divorce demand further discussion.

This article discusses the specifics of mental development in early adolescence. Chronological limits of this period is marked. The basic methodological approaches to understanding development in early adolescence are represented. The basic problems of development at this age are formulated. Emphasis is placed on the role of the social situation of development and the leading activity to the development of personality. From this perspective, the specifics of social situation of development is described, the problem of the leading activity in early adolescence is posed. The peculiarities of cognitive sphere, personal new formations in early youth are analyzed. Specific types of personal development during early adolescence are given.
