BULLETIN OF THE KARAGAND A UNIVERSITY

The article presented the state of production and use of asbestos in Kazakhstan and the EECCA region. Discussion on potential health risks of asbestos production and use, including NGO recommendation for action. According the WECF \EcoForum partnership project «Civil Society and Sound Hazardous Waste Management in Kazakhstan» and High-Level Conference «Asbestos and POPs — policies and practices in Kazakhstan and the European Union» was identify next steps and recommendations to develop a strategy on asbestos in Kazakhstan and Kazakhstan’s position regarding Rotterdam Convention.

One of the most relevant, important and controversial problems of public life, politics and morality is abortion. The abortion and leading position in the structure of reproductive losses and the health of women of childbearing age is medico-social and contested issue in nowadays. Abortion as a whole remains the traditional method of regulation of reproductive behavior. Artificial abruption of life is a fundamental problem of human being, increasing interest in the article. This paper examines the effects that significantly impairs the reproductive system and serious complications for women's reproductive function after abortion, including maternal mortality. Showing prevention and solutions.

Authors showed that interaction of diabetogenic chelators as Diphenylthiocarbazone and formed in Human some derivatives of 8-oxyquinolin with Zn2+-ions contained in B-cells result destruction of cells and develop- ing of 1 type diabetes. Preliminary elimination of Zn2+ — ion- from cells or blocking ions by not diabetogenic chelators protect B-cells of interaction with diabetogenic substances and as result — of developing of diabetes.

Authors showed new experimental data on the state of histostructure of Liver and Exocrine Pancreas tissue in experimental diabetes approached on conditions of development to human 2 type diabetes caused by 4,8-dihydroxyquinolin-2-carboxylic acid — the substance actively synthesized in elderly human, unlike all known today more than 30 diabetogenic substances. It is established that, at the same time with destruction of pancreatic B-cells that is a direct cause of diabetes, a multiple destructive changes are developed in a Liver and in Exocrine tissue of Pancreas. Authors suppose these changes which are not belong to direct causes of developed diabetes, but can aggravate diabetes considerably.

This article describes the research of current state and analysis of prospects for the tourism development in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the following objectives solved: the basic theoretical aspects of tourism are studied; the value of tourist activity in the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan is revealed; the structure of the tourism industry is studied and the potential of the tourism resources of the country is analyzed; the analysis of the factors influencing on the development of tourism in the country is carried out, the main directions and prospects of tourism development in the Republic of Kazakhstan are revealed. The study was performed on the basis of data from the Agency of Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In this article the main feature of action on people of carcinogenic agents is considered. This agents consist in large number of sources of their entry in environment and an organism of people, and complex combination of various factors. It creates certain difficulties on the track of a solution to the problem. The heavy metals is played a significant part of environmental pollution. The understanding of processes of migration and transition of elements from one environment in another has great practical value for studying of mechanisms and ways of impact on a human body and estimation of level of toxicity of chemical elements.

A tissue culture experimental model is best for to study the direct effect of diabetogenic chemicals not possible products of its metabolisation on pancreatic B-cells. Authors are adopted to tissue culture model of isolated pancreatic islets histological and histochemical methods analysis of histostructure of islets and of insulin content in B-cells. The high quality results of analysis of histostructure of islets were obtained using Aldehydefuchsine method and most precise results of estimation of insulin content in B-cells by using of fluorescent Pseudoisocyanine and Immunofluorescent methods.

Authors showed that almost complete elimination of zinc-insulin complex from cytoplasm of B-cells caused   by 3 days prolonged administration of Glibenclamide to animals accompanied by complete disappearing of insulin and zinc-ions from B-cells. Next 6–7 days free of using of Glibenclamide result parallel complete recovery of amount of insulin and zinc in B-cells without any changes of histostructure of islets and function of B-cells.

Authors demonstrated results using of high specific fluorescent method histochemical staining of Zn+2-ions in pancreatic B-cells. It was showed in diabetic animals and in animals past mobilization of insulin from B-cells a simultaneous decreasing as of amount of insulin as of Zn+2-ions in cytoplasm of B-cells. Meanwhile for- mation in B-cells of chemical complexes of derivatives of Diethyldithiocarbamic acid with Zn+2-ions result negative fluorescent reaction for Zn+2-ions but positive reaction for insulin using of insulin staining methods.

Risk developing of a stroke in patients with diabetes 2.8 times is higher comparatively with health persons. Authors proposed the mathematical model «stroke-risk factors» for definition probability of developing of stroke at patients with diabetes 2 types based on standard methods carried out in medical service. The analysis of mathematical model allowed to establish the speed of increase of a stroke for urgent hospitalization of patients.

At patients diabetes 2 types noted the high frequency of bezbolevy ischemia of a myocardium (17,4 %), atypical symptoms of coronary heart disease (59,4 %), chronic warm insufficiency (60,9 %) and early development of coronary heart disease (63,8 %). Risk factors of development of coronary heart disease at patients with diabetes 2 types are the long course of diabetes, an arterial hypertension, a heavy decompensation of a carbohydrate exchange, violation of the lipidic exchange, the raised level of uric acid.

On the basis of statistical analysis of dynamics indicators of incidence, morbidity by diabetes among population of the Land Karaganda from 2008 for 2012 was investigated. The average annual indicator of incidence of diabetes in area is 187,2 ± 19,4 on 100 000 population, morbidity — 1500,7 ± 169,2 on 100 000 population. There are tendency for increasing numbers of incidences of diabetes as of 1 and 2 types. Indicators of diabetes incidence and morbidity were authentically more higher among urban population comparatively with country people especially is more high in compared with in compared with territory of absolute prevalence of Kazakh population.
