The authors analyze the functioning of the system of distance learning in close connection with the implementation of the management functions, as distance learning, as well as other types of training, has the organization a training and methodological support, his selection, structuring, organization of educa- tional process, monitoring of students' knowledge. The authors consider the following management functions: planning, organization, motivation and control.

The article describes the creation and use in practice of the electronic textbook. It is explored possible means of modern information technologies, the terms of which are required for their successful use is reviewed and analyzed by application soft-ware required to create and further use of electronic textbooks. In addition, we describe all the steps of creating such electronic resources on a specific example of the electronic textbook.

This article considers the urgency of the problem in professional adaptation of young specialists-graduates, an analysis of subjective and objective reasons, preventing successful adaptation of young specialists.It reveals the reasons, which have to some extent the impact of the stressful for young professionals-graduates in entering the labor market, and the statistical data, results of research experts and employers who say lack of professional experience at the university graduates.

The article analyzes the theoretical premises of teaching students majoring in International Economics special terminology in a foreign language. The research aims at finding effective and adequate methods of presenting, understanding meaning, memorizing and proper using economic terms in oral and written communication of English learners. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the above-mentioned problem the paper provides implications for applying interactive forms of work to enhance the quality of teaching students economic terminology in English.

This paper aims to analyze the references in the Portuguese syllabi for the mother tongue education about the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). We will also characterize the actual students, and their learning nomad methods due to the expansion of Personal Digital Devices (PDD). The author identified gaps between the syllabi and best possible use of ICT in education, namely the creation of a model of the educational process, which would allow to discover and develop the creative potential of students, as noted for the high degree of interactivity and communication technologies to create a unique educational and informative environment that it can be used for a variety of teaching tasks for the study of native and foreign language.

The article deals with the problems of early English language teaching in foreign language education  and their solutions. The authors point out one of the most important tasks of the modern foreign language teachers how to implement effective methods of teaching foreign languages in pre-school children, to raise students' interest to learn the language, enrich the content of education and modernization of the educational process in preschool as a whole. The authors consider difficulties of foreign language teacher, examine psychological and linguistic characteristics of students, and analyze exercises for language skills development of preschool age children, and factual material.

This article deals with the problem of the external and internal motivation in learning a foreign language at primary school. This issue has attracted and attracts not only leading representatives of pedagogy, but also philosophy, sociology, psychology and foreign language teachers. The authors analyzed the work of different trainers, dealing with the problem of learners’ motivation. Concepts of «internal» and «external» motivation were clarified. The authors concluded that the motivation for learning a foreign language should be in itself, without any external circumstances, because as a result it promotes an easier assimilation of theoretical material, success and effectiveness of learning, it also increases respect and self-esteem.

The article reveals the idea that Jokes as the way of teaching can be used in various ways. The basis for every nation's humour lies in its historical, socio-cultural and linguistic background. In order to get to know a nation's sense of humour one is forced to search much deeper. The article assumes that Jokes can be modified into compositions, essays, translations, poems, pictures, dramas, role-plays, games, questions and answers etc. in order to make lessons both interesting and smart.

The article is devoted to the features of using teaching materials in studying foreign languages in the educational process. There were determined the problems of using teaching materials in foreign language lessons, specified the methods of using teaching materials that form ability to independently acquire knowledge, gather the necessary information, thus the key conditions for the effectiveness of this process is to give more opportunity for the teaching materials development. It was also revealed that one of the important features is the adaptation of learning materials depending on individual capabilities of students and their level of training, which further helps in forming communicative culture of the student contributes to his overall speech development and the expansion of horizons and raising of his feelings and emotions.

Article deals with the specificity of teaching foreign language speech skills to young  learners. Authors studied and analyzed works of Kazakhstan and foreign scholars on research problem; identified factors of ensuring successful learning and mastery of foreign language speech skills by young learners; also in accordance with their psycholinguistic and age peculiarities reasoned the necessity of beginning  teaching from speaking and listening, followed by writing and reading skills.

Early foreign language teaching is a widely discussed phenomenon. Its importance increases in the Kazakhstan context and with the ideas of multiculturalism and multilingualism. Despite many positive sides to standardizing early English language teaching in Kazakhstan many problems still remain to be tackled. The necessity of using communicative games in teaching English to primary school children is substantiated in the article. Complex of games for different stages of learning are described. Factors affecting communicative competence development are analyzed.
