The article is about the great poet of the Kazakh people Abai Kunan­ baev’s creative connection with the Russian literature. The influence of Rus­ sian poetry is thoroughly analyzed in the poems of the author. Abai Ku­ nanbaev translated poems of Russian poets. This shows his contribution to the Kazakh poetry. The ways of improvement and achievement of author’s works are considered in the article. M. Auezov states that Lermontov’s lyrics has here enormous influence on Abai. This was Abai’s first poem where he changed rhythm of each line, syllable division immensely, sometimes his poems consist of four­five words, even there are moments when one word makes one line. We can also see that Russian literature’s a profound impact on Abai’s poem «When a shadow lengthens». According to М.Auezov this poem takes a special place among those written with a realistic tradition. The author depicts four seasons and tries to connect them with his feelings. It is normal that Russian’s literature affected Abai’s translations.

The article describes a method of working with text on specialty at the sentence level. Two ways of the sentence analysis are suggested – «from the form – to the meaning» and «from the meaning – to the form». The first direction is understanding of the sentence meaning through a model. De­ pending on the communicative task, different meaning­speech situations are created in the scientific text, which are expressed by certain structural and semantic models. The second way – «from meaning» – is identification of the sentence semantic content with the help of question. The author suggests the following method of work: to find subject and predicate in the sentence; to determine what part of speech expresses the predicate; to formulate a grammatical question to the main word of the combination, which is after the predicate; to write the question down; moving in the opposite direction, to fix the predicate in the question; to fix the subject; to write the question completely and give a brief answer to the question, which will be a semantic center of the sentence.

Nowadays the subject under discussion is topical one. How should we teach students to express their ideas in writing?. The purpose of the present article is mastering skills of the letter. The creative letter is aimed at communication and self­expression bears a number of advantages. Au­ thors offer real examples based on the own experience. The motivation and the reasons of writing of the creative letter have been determined. Students should set their imagination free, trying to find their individual self­expression. The article gives the definition of what critical thinking is. There are also some examples what creative – minded properties students must possess while writing letters, articles or essays. The article describes creative writing as one of the components of culture. There are some ex­ amples concerning the Japanese poetic form called haiku. In conclusion when analyzing of a number of foreign experts’ experience on the subject the authors recommend a modern approach contributing to the develop­ ment of creative thinking.

Educational environment is a set of components of electronic edu­ cational resources, providing system integration tools of information and communication technologies in the educational process in order to im­ prove its efficiency and acts as a means of building a student­centered educational system.

The annotated article refers to the need of typification of the knowl­ edge used at the initial stage of language acquisition. Reasons for clas­ sification in the typology may be different, due to the peculiarities of the central concept interpretation of linguistic typology, which can also mean «language type» and «type in language». In article need of an explication of the acquired grammatical knowl­ edge, classifications of separate levels in one language is staticized, the interpretation of language type – «type in language» is used, and the taxo­ nomical structural characteristic of the simple Russian sentence based on definition of types of the sentences proceeding from essence of the central nodal word – a sentence stemma is given.

The article deals with the substantial components of the basic concept of «Urban Locality». National­cultural and individual layers are identified. It holds in­detail description of the «passive layer» of the concept of «Urban Locality». As the material of description the works of the famous contem­ porary writer Timur Zulfikarov were considered. The researcher highlights language means that represent the concept of «Urban Locality»: lexical units in the literal sense, metaphorical designations, comparisons, epithets, figurative associations, symbolic assimilation. The focusing on the context of language units representing the concept of «Urban Locality» gives an opportunity to reveal the periphery of the concept, to describe the mean­ ing shades that are not fixed in any lexicographical sources, and finally to discover the peculiarities of studied concept in linguocultural aspect.

The article is about the importance of learning English Language. English as a language has great reach and influence. it is taught all over the world. It is also stressed that, English is the language of international communication for all mankind. The value of English in today`s world cannot be overestimated. Nowadays more than 1 billion people speak in this language. English is also the language of business. After all it is neces­ sary to reckon with the choice of more than 1 billion people who speak it. And if a half of them are native speakers, about 600 million choose it as foreign. English is the dominant business language and it has become almost a necessity for people to speak English if they are to enter a global workforce, research from all over the world shows that cross­border busi­ ness communication is most often conducted in English. Its importance in the global market place therefore cannot be understated, learning English really can change your life.

In the article the essence of concept «national idea» is comprehended. The main aspects of studying of this problem in modern socially­human­ ities are revealed. The national idea is considered in a view of political, social­cultural, philosophical, religious, historical, is artistic­publicistic ap­ proaches. Its role and value in a life of a society and the separate person are defined. During research it is established, that the national idea embod­ ies aesthetic and ethical ideals and values, reflects civilization potential of people. In the article the idea proves that, being the major making life of a society, it has received wide illumination in fiction. The national idea pen­ etrates works of Kazakh writers, since the ancient period. Its sources are traced in heroic and historical legends, eposes. It becomes an integral part of akyns and zhyrau’s work. The national idea receives reflection in the modern Kazakh literature. Writers comprehend it in unity with a problem of memory, cultural continuity of generations.

The literature of independent Kazakhstan inherent characteristic of ar­ tistic and aesthetic searches that require attention of researchers. In this re­ spect, the idea of « Mangilik el» serves as the fundamental basis, designed to determine the historical continuity and the general link between genera­ tions, which is no future either for the people or for the state. Motherland, life, freedom, traditions of their ancestors, family, nature, work, fame, work performed orienting function in the works of Kazakh authors, merging with the general in an orderly system of values. Writer Satimzhan Sanbaev has a unique talent for a holistic view of culture in terms of the theme of the Kazakh nomadic, expressed in terms of the history and life of the people. Of particular interest is the analysis of value orientations as a reflection of the priorities recognized as strategic goals in life and general philosophical orientation. A prospective study of the writer’s favorite aspect allows you to understand the complex spiritual determinants, which serve representa­ tion, knowledge, ideals, attitudes and emotions of his characters, which are the core values of the Kazakh people.

Kazakhstani foreign language education policy as the policy of the whole world educational community has shifted a focus from simple communicative competence which was a goal of foreign language education for over three decades in FLT (1970-1990) to intercultural communicative competence, as a simple acquisition of purely functional use of language didn’t satisfy the needs of learners as well as teachers in the conditions of necessity of constant interactions on the international level. Therefore the aim of this article is to reveal the ways of developing foreign language learners’ intercultural communicative competence in the conditions of Kazakhstani educational system on the base of defining the notion and structure of intercultural communicative competence, determining the main factors of developing this quality and consequently to work out some scientific and methodological recommendations.
