In the conditions of market economy quality requirements of training of specialists which, in turn, directly depend on successful professional self-determination not only of graduates of the higher and secondary professional education, but also pupils of comprehensive school increase. Authors of article paid the main attention to a professional orientation of pupils, i.e. on rendering the psychology and pedagogical help in the choice of a profile of training, a way of continuation of education, in acquisition of a profession to them.

Every young man throughout life's journey constantly have to make decisions. The problem decisionnot always an easy task, because it is often the right choice depends on human well-being and sometimesand his fate.
Career Guidance is a natural extension of the entire educational work with students, and in some sense it is the logical conclusion. Full help students in choosing a profession not only helps him to organize a very educational activity (when he is consciously studying school subjects, which may be useful to him in the future adult, working life), but also brings calmness elements in student attitude towards their future (when the optimistic life and professional perspective saves teen from the temptations of today's life).
At senior leading activity is training. They direct their efforts mainly on those subjects which in future will be linked to their professional activities. Therefore, we must help to broaden and deepen knowledge and skills related to their future profession. And teach adequately assess their abilities and opportunities.
The choice of profession determines the success of a professional career and life. At work, a person acquires friends, is included in the community of people with similar interests, the meaning of life. And if a person is not able to find themselves in the profession, is not satisfied with its results, he does not feel comfortable.
The increased demands of modern production to the level of professional training of personnel even more than before, to the urgency of the problem of professional orientation of young people, as a significant part of professional intentions of the students often do not meet the needs of the national economy in the frames of a certain profession. Youth Professional Orientation in nature is not only and not so much the problem of teaching. It is properly called a social problem for which solutions the efforts of some teachers is not enough. The essence of career guidance as a public problem manifests itself in the need to overcome the contradiction between the objective needs of society in a balanced structure of the frame and the prevailing subjective inadequate professional aspirations of young people. That is, according to the purpose of vocational guidance system must have a significant impact on the efficient allocation of labor resources, the choice of the life path of youth, its adaptation to the profession. «Vocational guidance system at the present stage of its development is designed to ensure coordination of government agencies, schools, families, institutions of vocational, specialized secondary, higher education and other social institutions involved in its implementation, continuous and timely resolution of scientific and organizational issues related to the vocational guidance, vocational guidance character complex design influences on the individual student, taking into account the socio-economic outlook».
The law «On education» RK: «The main task of the education system-the national human values, the achievements of science and practice, aimed at creating the necessary conditions for education in the formation and establishment of the professional basis of individuals, the introduction of new learning technologies, provides task of further development of the system education».
Model of the people, the young generation of the country since independence, along the path of ethical education is one of the key issues on this field. It is said that in order to address the main ideas and tasks of vocational guidance and vocational training to young generation [1].
In the words of Russian pedagogue K. Ushinskiy, in accordance with the requirements of modern times, each teacher should enhance their knowledge, rather than monotonous lessons, corresponding to the new requirements of the use of innovative technology in their daily lessons, only then will the lessons interesting, relevant and effective. As the President said: «In the future, to join the ranks of more developed countries, need to correspond to modern education. Kazakhstan in the developed countries will lead and make peer-education». Therefore, the current stage of development of the education system poses a problem of technology learning process.
Vocational training in many of the new socio-economic issues includes educational trends. Today is one of the most important issues considered becoming a professional expert point of view the lack of a lack of vocational training students. According to the teachers, each student has his own vision, passion and interest in the profession, must be active in making innovations and disclosure. These issues will have a direct impact on their development. For one of the main issues of vocational training shall be subject to the non-compliance of personal training, the possibility and ability of the student. In this case, the reason is the lack of work on the student's orientation to career choices. Part of these issues are found in the creative professions.
Professional orientation is joint actions of school teachers, engineers, doctors, engineers, teachers, family, labor groups aiming to prepare the younger generation to consciously choose your favorite specialty. Professional orientation of students in the world of professions, their content, particularly its requirements for an individual, who along the properties, production sectors of the economy challenges of development, education conscious interest in their chosen profession consistent with its role in a market economy. Vocational system guidance in practical ability, the need to integrate into the country's economy.
The purpose of career-oriented training of the younger generation in choosing a profession consciously, as you know, training. To do this, the students should show some kinds of education:
- internal psychological and social education, significant regulatory activities;
- self-consciously taking into account personal qualities, improve the performance of the professional orientation.
The main components of professional orientation:
- Information of professional orientation;
- With a young age to accustom public benefit performance;
- Constitution for professional orientation;
- Professional adaptation [2].
In working with the abilities to first create the motivation to achieve results, it is important to learn to work creatively.
In the Message to the people of Kazakhstan the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev said, ¾ «We intend to fully update the content of vocational and technical education». This is an important high level professional and technical education, and support for state [3].
Vocational training, professional training are the most important sector of the education system; vocational training of workers and specialists, their training, retraining and advanced training. Initial vocational education is provided in vocational schools and colleges on the basis of basic general education and is aimed at training skilled workers in various fields of activity. Also, directly in the workplace, in educational and industrial plants, training centers that train workers and employees on courses and other educational and production structures being training in the profession. Secondary vocational education is given to students of colleges and vocational schools. The term of study in college 3-4 years. Available secondary education, as well as citizens with related specialty colleges can receive initial vocational training under the reduced, accelerated programs of vocational secondary education. Professional colleges combined to produce a basic secondary education, and it is aimed at training professionals receiving vocational secondary education. Young graduates of general and vocational high schools are educated in universities, institutes, academies and persons equated to them institutions [4].
Accelerating the pace of economic development (production of high-tech industries, construction), speaks of a certain level of skills shortages. Employers feel the shortage of specialized professionals. Therefore, should be in close contact with employers, training for educational institutions, demand in the labor market.
The state program of education development in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011-2020, technical and vocational education:
- industrial-innovation development of economy based on queries, update the structure of the content of technical and vocational education;
- development of training infrastructure for sectors of the economy;
- based enterprises, the number of trainees at the expense of the state order in schools, technical and vocational education increase in the proportion of students secured places for practice phased 90% increase;
- increase the proportion of students of technical and vocational education at the expense of the employer of the total number of students, 2% increase;
- increase the share of education institutions, technical and vocational education with modern teaching equipment, the total number of 90% is expected to
To 2020 year:
- fully meet the needs of the labor market, training on the basis of the national qualifications system;
- in training and production workshops and laboratories to provide modern information technology training and production and processing equipment;
- to meet the specific requests of enterprises, cooperative learning a wide publication;
- training in technical and vocational education prestigious institutions will be attractive to young people;
- business and professional community to actively participate in the training and development of technical and vocational education;
- it is expected that work will be independent centers of qualification certification with the participation of employers in the sectors of the economy [5, 6].
Currently, West Kazakhstan State University. M. Utemisov, Department of Fine Arts and Design, 5V042100 «Design», 5V010700 «Fine Arts», 5V041700 «Decorative Arts» in the training of specialists in the field. Since almost all of this specialty in creative direction, it is very important to carefully explain to future students career guidance. Because, to train students obtained their knowledge are our graduates, teachers, jewelers, masters of textile architecture, designer, tailor, designer, advertising designers. Students who have little desire for creativity education causes in turn the complexity of teachers.
The basis of the weighted target policy head of state in the future competitive educate students of the XXI century. I am sure that, in accordance with this we are educating, forming highly creative person, scientist teacher researcher, gentle psychologist, diligent worker, comprehensive master deep connoisseur, humanist, with active patriots, only then there will be strong in the society and qualified, highly cultural, all-round development.
