Improving the quality of pedagogical preparation of teachers of high school to the integrated use of modern educational technology

In this article is considered is improving the quality of pedagogical preparation of teachers of high school to the integrated use of modern educational technology.

Complex and urgent task today in the organization and optimization of the educational process is presented to improve the effectiveness of training as qualitatively important target installation. Important areas of effective implementation is the introduction and widespread use in educational practice different kinds of hardware, implementing such an important pedagogical principle as visual learning. 

The system of military education in the Republic Kazakhstan is one of the educational institutions of the state, acting in the interests of the various categories of military training. Modern higher military education in the country should have a developmental condition training of the teaching staff.

Meeting with students of the Eurasian National University named after LN Gumilev President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev noted that "the centerpiece of the reform of the education system should be a comprehensive introduction of modern information technologies in educational process" [1]. Therefore, improving the structure and content of higher military education, the approach of the objectives of training and education to the needs of society and the state designated the main priorities of the educational policy of Kazakhstan.

Increased requirements for military and special training of officers at the present stage, the complexity and multi-component of its content, the urgent need for the development of creative thinking in students resulted in highlighting the problems of complex use of modern means of training (MMT).

The relevance of its research is caused by the need to the fullest realization of one of the most important didactic principles clarity. Technical training, as an essential tool visibility, promote demonstration schematization and modeling of the studied phenomena and processes that largely provides the best understanding, learning and consolidation of educational material cadets.

The importance of the study and the successful solution of this problem is due to the fact that the military institutes of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan gained some experience of technical training in the military and special training. However, it is not scientifically generalized and theoretical interpretation is not fully. Therefore, the potential for increasing the efficiency of the educational process, which are incorporated in complex application MMT in special military training of cadets underutilized.

These investigations indicate that the deliberate and systematic introduction to the practice of MMT officer training is an objective natural phenomenon, caused by scientific and technological progress. The growth of information, which, according to experts, is doubled in less than 2 years, at odds with strictly defined terms of training of cadets universities. Development of military science and practice is objectively requires the inclusion in the curriculum of training officers increasingly complex educational material, involving student proficiency with professional knowledge, skills and abilities that meets the latest requirements. In these circumstances, there is a need to improve military-specific training of students on the basis of complex use MMT.

However, the integrated use in the process of military and special training cadets of high schools of modern audio-visual, television, computer and other technical means of education suggests that they may be seen not only as a means of presentation. Created on the basis of computer technology automated information, training and supervising educational programs are becoming more widespread in the training of officers. This process also requires a scientific basis for their suitability in high school.

A study of the state of the military-specific training cadets Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan shows that the integrated applications MMT paid a certain attention. Classrooms, offices and laboratories are gradually equipped with computers, audio and television systems, projection, video and other equipment. An increasing number of studies, which are used MMT. Organization and methods of implementation of these funds are regularly discussed at meetings of the faculties, departments, educational gatherings and meetings with teachers. However, the introduction of the integrated use MMT in special military training of cadets does not always deliberately and slowly introduced into the teaching practice.

Complex and urgent task today in the organization and optimization of the educational process is presented to improve the effectiveness of training as qualitatively important target installation. Important areas of effective implementation is the introduction and widespread use in educational practice different kinds of hardware, implementing such an important pedagogical principle as visual learning.

Modern teaching aids a set of technical devices with didactic software used in the educational process in order to optimize it for the presentation and processing of information [2].

Generalization of different approaches to technical training aids allowed to choose as the basis for classification MMT main stages of the didactic cycle message (making) the student educational information (knowledge); the formation of their practical skills; control of learning, developmental skills. In accordance therewith isolated MMT following:

  • the technical means of presentation of educational information: film, photo, video, audio and various combinations thereof;
  • Special equipment: simulators, models, tools, equipment, stands, keysovye (portfolio) funds;
  • Engineering controls, such as: personal computers, trainers, tutors and other

In addition to the technical devices to include MMT means of special software, which are created on physical media information and inextricably linked with technical devices. This film, video, slide, slides, slide films, transparencies for overhead projector (OHP), pictures and drawings for epi-projectors, computational and graphics tasks (jobs), electronic textbooks, training and monitoring software, multimedia, shell etc.

The essence of complex application MMT military-special preparation of students (cadets) is didactically appropriate, optimally organized association of technical devices around a multifunctional multimedia computer and creative use of methodical software.

It follows that the way to solve the problem must be sought in the organization of training for which would be the goal to provide high performance and achieve their development. It is well known that the prestige of any university is determined by the qualitative composition of teachers. A historical and national experience, on the formation of the teaching staff of the military university requires at least 10 years, maybe more. Young military teachers for pedagogical work should be assigned in order of service for two or three years. During this time, the officer is unable to learn the profession of a teacher in high school and it should serve as an assistant instructor or an experienced teacher. This practice will improve the professionalism of the teaching staff.

Currently, the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan work and serve 17 people with academic degrees and titles, including 10 soldiers and 8 officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 2 employees have the title of professor and 6 people rank of assistant professor. More than 30 people at the institute have an academic title Master.

The institute admitted to teaching more than 20 persons having an academic degree Master. Also at the Institute and serve with more than 30 officers and employees with higher military education and 2 masters of sports [3].

The results of the analysis of the qualitative state of the faculty of the Institute showed that in general the faculty of its quality parameters correspond to the positions held.

However, the staffing of the faculty of the Department of Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan on 04.11.2013 year is only 66%, and the percentage ostepenennyh faculty members is 37.4% [3, 6 p.].

Classes are held with students without regard to the load on the methodological and scientific work. For example, the Department of Radio Engineering Troops conducting classes with students on 27 subjects, currently under training in 16 disciplines, based on the requirements of the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 24, 2000 № 38, the total annual workload of the teacher should be no more than 720 hours, without taking into account the load on the methodical and scientific works [4].

The current number of the faculty departments are not able to carry out qualitatively annual load some prepodvateli conduct classes 2-3 subjects and do a load of more than 1,200 hours of classroom training. In this regard, methodical and scientific work actually carried out.

Currently the command of the institute and the departments carried out some work on acquisition departments teaching staff.

In particular, the institute, the constant improvement of professional skills of officers is considered a priority. In this regard, developed plans for training training in master's and doctoral studies at the National University of Defense and civilian institutions of higher education in the field of the institute. Also this program includes training officers courses at military schools of near and far abroad.

Since 2011 in various educational institutions, including the National University of Defense Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan for post-graduate education (Master) received more than 15 soldiers and officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan [4, p.12].

As you know, technical training activate the assimilation of all kinds of information analytical, theoretical, historical, cultural, philosophical and others. Therefore, the obvious need for an integrated use of teaching aids in the practice of teaching theoretical subjects, as application of technical training intensifies the learning process. Consequently, the prospects for the practical work of the teacher are closely related, on the one hand, with the development of methods of using various means of training, on the other with the improvement of scientific and technical base of the educational process, reveals new research horizons.

The results showed that one of these ways is technologization content and organization of complex application of technical training in the military and special training of cadets the creation of conditions for the supply, maintenance and repair MMT, planning and control their use, as well as the production of the necessary teaching materials. The most important conditions for the implementation of this way in practice are necessary to ensure the university MMT, their timely maintenance and repair, optimal planning of the use of teaching aids in the classroom and the creation of educational complex of the university.

The second way of improving complex application MMT is to give creative and applied pedagogical training of teaching staff of universities to complex use MMT. In this case, the basic conditions are the use of the new features of methodical work at the university, faculties and departments, the formation motif focused quality training instructor for integrated applications MMT in the classroom, the continuous search of new forms, methods and means of instruction.

The third way of improving the integrated use MMT implementation of its continuous methodological support. To this end, the university should be created following conditions: the presence of typical methods of preparation and conduct of the main types of studies to integrated MMT, development of teaching materials for training sessions with complex application MMT, production of teaching materials, preparation and publication of educational materials, regular teaching sessions with the faculty.

Thus, in order to further improve the integrated application MMT military-special preparation of cadets of high schools of engineering troops are recommended:

  1. The management body of the military education seems appropriate to carry out:
  • Provision of military schools with MMT;
  • The creation of a specialized center for the development and distribution of developing, training and supervising training programs, further supply of military schools Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Changes to the documents that define the norms of academic load of teachers in such a way that the time spent on the development of teaching and teaching for integrated MMT are counted as educational work of the teacher;
  1. On the faculties and departments are invited to:
  • Regularly to discuss problems of complex use MMT military-special preparation of the meetings of the Academic Council of faculties, departments and subject-methodical commissions;
  • The development of work plans for the school year to determine the specific measures of development and implementation of integrated MMT use in teaching academic disciplines;
  • Plans to work for a month and individual plans of teachers to develop methods of complex application MMT on various kinds of training sessions;
  • Actively engage students to work on the creation of means of special
