The content of this article shows the theoretical basis of extracurricular activities of students as the educationalsystem of the university, its theoretical model and a model of professional and personal qualities of the modern teacher.
Effective personality development of professional teacher can only be processed within a reasonably organized and well-functioning educational system, in which the two major subsystems are marked out learning process and extracurricular activities of students.
Extracurricular activities of students are one of the important components of subsystems of educational process of pedagogical higher education, providing vocational and personal development and self-development of a future teacher on the basis of individual creativity.
Only having developed the professional and personal qualities, the future teacher can fully realize himself as a person and as a professional in his practical activity. [1]
Extracurricular activities are an aggregate ofinterrelated educational and training activities, which reflect the social activities of students and have such features as goal setting, awareness, productivity, independence. Extracurricular activities are an integral part of the vocational educational system, which in modern conditions is an essential term for the functioning of the educational institution. It is for this creation of our proposed system will be a major concern in any educational institution.
Comparing the actual situation in the educational institution with our designed model, we have identified those areas of the educational process, which do not meet modern requirements and thus they have been developed and used in the educational process of the university.
The above theoretical and methodological principles were the basis for developing a model of extracurricular activities of students as an educational system. Guided by the activity theory, systems theory, and the theory of a integraleducational process (which is also a social and educational system), we believe that the extracurricular activities of students is an educational process with all its components: purpose-objectives-content-methods and methodological techniques, tasks and which is attended by subjects of activities (students-professors-supervising professors-Dean's Office, the Board of educational work and others). Schematic model of the organization of extracurricular activities in accordance with the interpretation of the structure of the educational process (N.D.Khmel) is presented in figure №1 [2]
Implementation of the proposed model in the practice of educational work in institution of highereducation, coordination of all its components activities lies on the Council on educational work, created with the vice-rector of educational work. Activities model of future teachers can solve a number of problems of specific transformation of the educational process and impact. This work will be effective in the implementation of the theoretical model of professional and personality educationof future teachers (table №1) [3]
Psychologists (A.N.Leontyev, N.K.Platonov), while investigating the quality of the individual, came to conclusion that the attitude to anything), consciousness, belief (will) and behavior skills. However, these elements with respect to each other are in unequal relationships. In some qualities in the first place stands the sense, in others behavior skill. At the same time motifs, providing a positive relationship between the individual to the appropriate behavior, reflection, and self-esteem, are in the structure of any personality traits. [4]
Based on this position of personality theory, we have identified in our study motivational, informative, procedural and evaluative components of forming personal qualities of a future teacher. Table 1 shows the theoretical model of professional and personal education.
Table №1 Theoretical model of professional and personal education of future teachers in extracurricular activities of the university
In actual practicecomponents and features structurally presented in the model are not the same for students. Therefore, with the help of thought experimentfor them, we assumed the existence of four levels of formation of the desired personal qualities; low, average, good, high. [5]
The content of the structural and content characteristics of professional and personal qualities of future teachers was the basis for the selection and indicators of formation of these qualities, which was a tool for diagnostics in experimental work.
Table №2 Criteria and Indicators of professional and personal qualities of future teachers
Stated theoretical basis of extracurricular activities of students as the educational system of the university, its theoretical model and a model of professional and personal qualities of the modern teacher allowed us to develop diagnostic level of their education of future teachers. [6]
