Relevance. The nature of Tajikistan, due to favorable climatic conditions, is very diverse and rich. According to preliminary counting, more than 150 species of plants used or recommended in scientific medicine grow in Tajikistan and more than 1,500 species are used in folk medicine [2] However, in the medicine of the Republic of Tajikistan, at the moment, the raw materials of 40 types of medicinal plants are officially used, which are included in the GF of the USSR, VIII - XI volumes. In this regard, the study of medicinal plants growing in the Republic of Tajikistan and the creation of collections based on them is an urgent task of modern pharmacology [1]. A collection based on medicinal plants of Tajikistan with the conditional name "Chordoru" was created at the Department of Pharmacology of ATSMU.
Purpose: Of the research was to study the actions of the collection "Chordoru" on blood sugar content in various experimental models of hyperglycemia.
Materials and methods of the research. Experiments were performed on 32 white rats weighing 180-220 gr. For comparison the efficiency of the studied collection we used a well-known antidiabetic collection "Arfazetin". Infusion of the collection "Chordoru" was prepared in compliance with the requirements of State pharmacopeia (GFSSSR, XI, 1991) in the ratio of 1:10 and injected intraperitoneally in a dosage of 5 ml/kg animals zhzhgonaweight. The action of these collections to the level of glucose was studied on different models of hyperglycemia: adrenaline and glucose tolerance test (extrapancreatic). Extrapancreatic hyperglycemia was induced by a single intra-abdominal introduction of 20% glucose solution at the rate of 2 gm/kg animals weight. Adrenaline or stressor hyperglycemia was induced by intra-abdominal introduction 0.1% epinephrine hydrochloride solution at the rate of 1 mg/kg to rats starved for 12-15 hours before injection of epinephrine hydrochloride. The blood sugar was determined by the glucose oxidase method before and after administration of glucose solution after 15 and 45 minutes. Experimental animals were divided into 4 series: 1-intact; 2-control; 3-experimental, treated with infusion of the collection "Chordoru"; 4-animals treated with infusion "Arfazetin".
Results. In the experimental rats treated with infusion of collection "Chordoru", prior to injection of epinephrine hydrochloride, sugar level after 15 minutes only increased to 6.4 ± 0.1 mmol/l, which is in average 2fold lower than indications of hyperglycemia in control series. After 45 minutes of epinephrine hydrochloride injection sugar content in the blood was 4,4 ± 0,3 mmol/l (p <0.05). In extrapancreatic hyperglycemia in experimental rats after injection of glucose solution, sugar level in the blood serum after 45 min was 4.6 ± 0.3 mmol/l., as opposed to the control series, where the sugar content was 8,5 ± 0,4mmol / l.
Conclusions. The collection "Chordoru" effectively eliminates the insulin-resistance which allows us to recommend it for insulin-resistance, type 2 diabetes, as well as in treatment of metabolic disorders.
