Summary
Investigate that vibroacoustic stimulation (VAS) stimulates the reaction between the stomach and can be used for the evaluation of the condition. The current research is a test of VAS (vibroacoustic stimulation) at normal radius of exacerbation. Materials and Methods of Research: There were 456 tests on women after 28 weeks. In a lightweight way, the disc stimulating device was stabilized by the woman, VAS (vibroacoustic stimulation) administered in 1-2 s. As soon as the pill was looking at the stretch of the stimulation, the test was okay. Even if the woman did not move or did not test, the test was repeated in duplicate in the limits of 30 h. When testing the test, the test was evaluated.

The urgency of the problem: the present study is carried out in the third trimester of pregnancy, that is, from the 27th obstetric week the final stage of the child's birth begins - the third trimester of pregnancy. A long-awaited meeting of mother and baby will happen very soon! It is time to decide on the choice of a maternity hospital, to think about the arrangement of a room or a corner for a newborn, to purchase things for him for the first time.
Pregnancy in the third trimester brings a number of psychological and physical discomforts to the expectant mother. A woman listens carefully to the movements of the fetus, worrying about his condition, monitors her discharge for fear of premature birth. Physical difficulties are mainly associated with a noticeable increase in the uterus: shortness of breath appears, back pain, urination becomes more frequent, constipation, varicose veins in the legs are possible, and stretch marks on the abdomen are more pronounced. But you can cope with these problems by following the recommendations of specialists.
When the seventh month of pregnancy is approaching maternity leave, it is very necessary for the expectant mother, since pregnancy in the seventh month is often accompanied by fatigue. A woman should now periodically lie with her legs raised and walk regularly for about two hours in the fresh air, continue to eat fully and control her weight. In the third trimester of pregnancy, the weekly weight gain should not be more than 300 g. A fetus at 7 months of gestation is viable, but its lungs are not yet ready for independent gas exchange. In case of premature birth, only specialized medical equipment will help the baby survive. At this period, the child completes the formation of the reproductive system, the kidneys are actively working, thermoregulation mechanisms are activated, the synthesis of their own hormones begins, the senses are improved. The baby actively reacts to sounds and light, already feels the taste of the amniotic fluid, is able to experience emotions and sensitively catch the mood of the mother. Visibly grown up child becomes closely in the uterus, and in the period of his wakefulness the woman feels no longer slight movements, but active pushes with a pen or heel.
The purpose of this study: is to study the results of the BAC test (vibroacoustic stimulation) during normal pregnancy [2].
Materials and methods: we conducted 456 tests in 90 women after 28 weeks of pregnancy. In the recumbent position, the stimulating disc was strengthened on the woman's abdomen, BAC (vibroacoustic stimulation) was held for 1-2 s. If the push from the side of the fetus was felt immediately after stimulation, the test was considered positive. If the woman did not perceive the movement of the fetus, the test was repeated twice within 30 seconds. In the absence of jerks, the test was considered negative.
Results and discussion: a positive test was noted in 97% of cases. 12 negative tests (out of 456) were registered in 6 women out of 90 with a gestation period of 29-33 weeks. Spontaneous labor without complications occurred in 79 of 90 examined. Vacuum extraction of the fetus was carried out in 4 women in labor: in 2 because of the weakness of labor, in 2 due to asphyxia of the fetus. A cesarean birth was completed in 7 women. Indications for surgery were clinically narrow pelvis (5), threatening fetal asphyxia (1), and intestinal obstruction in a pregnant woman (1). The condition of all newborns was satisfactory. Conclusions: thus, with a normal pregnancy, YOU (vibroacoustic stimulation) is almost always associated with the appearance of fetal movements that the mother feels. The response of the fetus to YOU more actively, the longer the period of pregnancy. It is believed that the test can be used as an initial screening of fetal conditions, however, further studies with neurological and auditory monitoring are necessary so that the method can be recommended in clinical practice.
