Modern public life is a subject of continuous changes among which, acceleration of development rates, transition to a digital format of information processing and storage, considerable expansion of cross-cultural interaction’s scales that led to globalization in a broad sense, emergence and growth of global problems which can be solved only in the course of cross-cultural dialogue. Therefore the person not owning the sum of knowledge but capable to creative activity, to adoption of the non-standard decision, able to predict, think out, show an initiative is necessary for modern society. Need of personal development with a broad outlook and the culture of thinking, is reflected in the state obligatory standard of higher education [1]. In study, at work and in ordinary life the employee of the medical organization over and over comes up against new situations in which uncertainty degree is big, there are no definite actions which are guaranteed leading to success. For productive behavior in such situations traditional knowledge only in the field of medicine is not enough, and it is necessary to lean on the system of creative abilities to integrate knowledge from different areas.
There are two main manifestations of creativity:
1. An opportunity to productive work in situations of novelty and uncertainty, at a lack of information, when there are no definite actions which are guaranteed leading to positive result.
2. An opportunity to create something, having novelty and originality.
The modern concept of training, develops in the humanistic direction which is connected with new approaches to determination of content, strategy, means and also real process of training. The humanization in teaching foreign languages assumes emergence of the certain significantly updated ‘methodological standard’ incorporating all expedience and value that are saved up by advanced science and practice.
One of perspective technologies focused on this result is training in cooperation where the main idea is to study together, but not just to carry out something together. The Singapore method of training also is based on technology of cooperation. Singapore according to the international ratings is the leader in development of education. Practice shows that the new method develops in the student vital qualities, such as communicativeness, cooperation, critical thinking and creativity. The lesson reminds the fascinating, substantial game forcing to think more.
The modern lesson based on the Singapore method is:
- lesson at which individual approach to each student is carried out.
- lesson at which students feel themselves comfortable.
- lesson at which activity stimulates development of student’s cognitive skills of the.
- lesson containing different types of activity.
- lesson develops student’s creative thinking.
- lesson brings up the thinking student-intellectual.
- lesson assumes cooperation, mutual intelligibility, the atmosphere of joy and enthusiasm.
The structure of a creative lesson differs from traditional structure and includes blocks which not only conform to modern requirements of creative education, but also help to realize the purposes and problems of teaching English at this stage.
In the conclusion there is a wish to add that, using some methods of creative thinking formation at lessons of a foreign language, students have great satisfaction from the process of training and from its results. Involved in process of critical thinking, they independently get knowledge, together put forward the ideas, use the acquired knowledge and skills in new situations of everyday life, create, learn to formulate own opinions and the ideas, to be respectful to opinion of others.
Knowledge and application of current trends in methods of teaching English allows to make practical work of the teacher more interesting and various, and, above all, helps to carry out today - to find the main objective of the teacher effective remedies of training for quality education, to teach students to obtain independently the necessary information, to analyze the gained knowledge and to apply it to the solving of new tasks.
