Introduction. Now medical and demographic situation has deteriorated, and the problem of the influence of harmful factors of production increased. Our priority is a member of the women's health study in this area. According to the World Health Organization, the incidence of infertile marriages is on average 10-15% in different populations and in 40-50% due to a violation of female infertility. Currently, we examined the effects of bad metallurgical production on women's health. In the analysis of the scientific literature show that such factors affect the body of women: hot microclimate, electromagnetic field, industrial noise, vibration. Now, there is no comprehensive assessment of the health status of women metallurgists and there is no in-depth medical examination and its results. In addition, there is not a professional risk assessment for women's health - metallurgists and there is not a deep and contemporary survey of diseases. It is necessary to develop modern methods of prevention and rehabilitation, it will reduce the incidence, preservation of somatic and reproductive health of women metallurgists.
The purpose of the researching. To determine the effect of the metallurgical plant on women's health.
Materials and methods. Hygienic study of women working at a metallurgical plant, questioning, mathematical data processing.
Results and discussion. It was found that the production of metallurgical factors adversely affect the body of womenGynecological diseases arise as a result of adverse conditions of climate, vibration, noise, gravity and intensity of labor. [1] Deteriorating working conditions of women has increased the number of chronic diseases, as it influences the course of pregnancy and increases the risk of reproductive disorders in women, they can give birth to children with disabilities and health problems. Workers - women have respiratory diseases that are associated with high concentrations of dust and gas. Our city has a strong environmental pollution by industrial waste. In our city, 50% of citizens suffer from chronic bronchitis, asthma, catarrh. Noise and vibration, hard work influence the formation of diseases of the circulatory system, the high concentration of dust and gas affects the formation of digestive diseases. Irritation and inflammation of the mucous membrane of the eyes and skin causing a dust (Eczema, etc.) Lock the sebaceous and sweat glands may occur from heavy dust and dust affect the normal activity of the skin. High vibration affects the formation of diseases of the musculoskeletal system.[2] Also vibration greatly affects the central nervous system. Braking processes are beginning to emerge and increase in the cerebral cortex, the normal cortico-subcortical influence in the body is broken and there are autonomic dysfunction. As a result, the overall physical and mental condition of the body deteriorates from workers - women have an expression of fatigue, depression or irritability, headaches and other neurological disorders. [3] Cochlear neuritis (loss of the auditory nerve) is the most common disease of workers in the metallurgical industry. Also, malfunction of the vestibular apparatus occur with hearing loss. Heat is the cause of heat stroke, burns, damage to the body's organs, cataracts, blood pressure changes. High temperature leads to a decrease in the amount of oxygen. Workers suffer on hypoxia, dyspnea, fatigue. [1]. In turn, hypoxia causes sleepiness, fatigue, tachycardia. [4] Toxic gases adversely affect the skin, they cause various types of dermatitis (contact, fotodermatit), nail infections (onihiiiliparonihii), inflammation of the hair follicles..
Conclusions. These reasons there is a reason for the development of a system of measures to improve working conditions, they also include organizational and technical, sanitary and hygienic, medical and preventive measures for women workers in the metallurgical industry.
