Physical activity and health of adolescents

Introduction. The urgency is the need for the formation of a healthy way of life and the creation of special training programs HLS laws justified the state of health of the population changes, the nature of disease, life expectancy, significantly affecting the quality of life.

In recent years there has been deterioration in the health of the younger generation trend due to several reasons, such as reduction of material well-being much of the population, environmental degradation, the weakening of the health infrastructure, increase the teaching load, the lack of a culture of health in the community. The situation is exacerbated by the fact that the children themselves are not always aware of the importance of health as a prerequisite for life and often neglected elementary standards of care about it, which in turn leads to an increase of somatic diseases, functional abnormalities, mental and sexual disorders.

The purpose of the study: physical education students aged 15-17 years in the process of formation of a healthy lifestyle.

Materials and methods: a change of physical fitness under the influence of physical training on the formation of a healthy lifestyle schoolchildren aged 15-17.

Results and discussion is to determine the optimum level of physical (motor) activity in schoolchildren aged 15-17 years, and the level of formation of positive motivation in physical culture as a defining component in the structure of a healthy lifestyle; in studying the effect of exercise on health.

How to use for the formation of healthy muscles? First of all, it should be clear that a person in the same motion (or even more) is needed as a meal. In the many years of research, and some of those children it is scientifically proven that the growing movement of the body needs on a daily basis. That's why a healthy teenager many runs, jumps, climbs - it grows in the movements. But the movements of senior high school student, the student can and should be controlled, that is, to form a motor mode, which will allow them to realize the inherent nature of the need for movements within a day (daily physical activity). It depends on the genetic factors, external factors and health.

Physical activity stimulates and at the same time reflects the development of the body, determines the state of health and human performance.

Biological patterns of motor behavior of a teenager growing organism occur:

1. The daily requirement of movement (movement - life).

It is at least 200, 840-1320 average, maximum 9,000 movements per hour. Consequently, the driving mode is to allow students to move every hour, that is realized in "small forms" of physical training (morning gymnastics, gymnastics before lessons fizkultminutkah during classes, outdoor games at recess, special health center).

Of particular concern is the state of health of adolescents (15-17 years), which are the closest reproductive, social, economic, military, intellectual and cultural reserve of the Kazakhstan society. From the level of health in the teenage period of life depends on the realization of life plans, including training, commitment to social development, family and the birth children, that is precisely the factors that determine the country's development in general.

WHO experts believe that the reason for 70% of premature deaths among adults is associated with behavioral factors, the communion which occurs in adolescence. It is noted in many studies of risk behaviors of adolescents and youth, compounded by the increased consumption of tobacco, alcohol and drugs, it confirms this assumption.

In modern conditions of healthcare modernization requires new approaches to the protection of health of adolescent population. Positive results of innovation demonstrates the work of schools and health centers that promote health.

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, taking part in the republican youth forum "Zhasty^ Zhiger! Enbek! "09/03/2016, in Aktobe, noted that« XXI century, not only the era of global challenges, but also the time of young, energetic and talented people. In Kazakhstan today, every fourth citizen - a representative of the younger generation.

All of the above suggests that many of the issues of formation of health saving behavior, morbidity, disability, mortality in children adolescents in the Republic of Kazakhstan require a more in-depth study and development of the state program to preserve and strengthen the health of adolescents.

Conclusion: It is obvious that in recent years this work, along with traditional forms of its enriched practically very effective forms of rehabilitation of students, improve their performance, to a certain degree of psychological influence on their awareness of the need for physical culture and sports in their daily activities. Of course, the security of schoolboys at lessons of physical culture - one of the priorities in the work of a teacher, a coach, and we are referring to the physical and psychological health of the child.
